Of Amazons and Owls

Today I have two L’oréal p0lishes for you: Amazon’s Flash and Night Owl.

Amazon’s Flash is a super blingy yellow toned gold. It is indeed, as the name imlies, very flashy. I needed 4 coats for complete coverage, as it rather sheer – but it is buildable. I have nothing similar in my collection, and it doesn’t look very good on me, but I like the colour, so I don’t care! The colour somehow reminds me of what Inka Gold is portrayed to look like (in Children’s movies). Oh, and it reminds me of those gold coins I had in my Playmobil castle set :)

And then there’s Owls’s Night. It looked to much prettier in the bottle, what a pity! I generally love those greenish-gold dark polishes, but it looked (in the bottle) as if it was somewhat blue-toned. Well, it isn’t. It is still a very nice shade, and covers in two coats. I think that every polish lover needs one of those shades!

Which one do you like better?
