I have to admit, I bought this polish solely for the name. I think Damsel in a dress is a really funny name. I’m actually smirking right now that I’m typing this!
The colour itself isn’t too much me. It is a deep eggplant purple, very shimmery and all, but I will only wear this on nubbins. I think dark colours look better on me if I don’t have longer nails. 2 coats.

I like it and I like how it looks on you. I love dark polishes and I don’t think that the nail length has anything to do with whether they look better or worse. They either fit someone or they don’t.

I personally prefer them on shorter nail- but when applied flawless I don’t think the nail length matters.
I also only bought Essies “Going incognito” because of the name…. I guess I only used it two times….
