In a swap with the sweet A. I received this polish by wet’n'wild called Blue wants to be a millionaire. I wasn’t sure if I should layer it or try to wear it on its own, but I decided to give it a go on its own and it turned out really pretty! I love how deep and sparkly it looks and it is totally smooth with only one coat of topcoat.
Basically, Blue wants to be a millionaire is a light blue jelly packed with tiny holographic glitter. I used three thin coats and it covers just fine, don’t you think?
