In Vienna, winter arrived early this year. Before I left for vacation in November, it actually snowed – it’s not unheard of, but it is a bit early. Luckily, Austrians are used to this, and all the snow trucks were ready to clean the streets!
The day I wore Shanghai Shimmer by OPI, it also randomly started snowing! I should have read the weather forecast, because I totally wasn’t dressed for snow.
Shanghai Shimmer is a pink shimmery nail polish. It’s a warmer color, although it has a bit of a blue shimmer to it. I’d describe the color as dusky or old pink.
As you can see, I was wearing a summery dress (I have this idea that if I wear tights, I can wear my summer dresses even in winter – totally not true) from Anokhi, which is one of my favorite stores in India.
The scarf is from Uniqlo, cardigan from GAP, boots from somewhere in Amsterdam. The face is mine, as always!
If you want to know where I made those pictures: between the Art History and the Nature History Museum. If you like it: Come and visit Vienna sometime! And, for the fun of it, a picture of me trying to catch the snow flakes with my tongue…. I’m a child when it comes to snow!
