How I wore it: OPI Shanghai Shimmer

In Vienna, winter arrived early this year. Before I left for vacation in November, it actually snowed – it’s not unheard of, but it is a bit early. Luckily, Austrians are used to this, and all the snow trucks were ready to clean the streets!

The day I wore Shanghai Shimmer by OPI, it also randomly started snowing! I should have read the weather forecast, because I totally wasn’t dressed for snow.OPI Shanghai Shimmer_4

Shanghai Shimmer is a pink shimmery nail polish. It’s a warmer color, although it has a bit of a blue shimmer to it. I’d describe the color as dusky or old pink. OPI Shanghai Shimmer_1

As you can see, I was wearing a summery dress (I have this idea that if I wear tights, I can wear my summer dresses even in winter – totally not true) from Anokhi, which is one of my favorite stores in India.OPI Shanghai Shimmer_2

The scarf is from Uniqlo, cardigan from GAP, boots from somewhere in Amsterdam. The face is mine, as always!OPI Shanghai Shimmer_3

If you want to know where I made those pictures: between the Art History and the Nature History Museum. If you like it: Come and visit Vienna sometime! And, for the fun of it, a picture of me trying to catch the snow flakes with my tongue…. I’m a child when it comes to snow!OPI Shanghai Shimmer_1 (1)
